About
I am a US Navy Veteran and I have received massage therapy since 2005. I suffered from migraines and tension headaches daily and once I started to receive massage on a regular basis, the frequency of the headaches decreased. I knew at that time that this was something that I wanted to do for others. Provide relief from pain. I am a graduate of Carteret Community College.

I went to my second appt., w/Ms.Smith and again I can't sing her praises enough. I walked in with a terrible stress H/A. As she began and before she was done it was gone. I have a horrific problem with my sciatic nerve and a bulging disc in my lower back. She worked at length on these stubborn areas. I walked for thr 1st time w/o pain in my left hip. She has been a blessing to me and I suggest to anyone with sciatica you can get it worked out with Ms. Smith. I can't say enough great things of the work she's done on me in such a short time.
